They are seeking a results-driven and strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join their growing marketing team. This hybrid role, based in New York (3x a week in office required), offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop high-impact ABM strategies that drive growth, deepen customer relationships, and accelerate revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
ABM Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute end-to-end ABM campaigns targeting high-value accounts, with a focus on personalization and measurable results.
- Partner with sales to align marketing initiatives with account-specific needs and objectives.
- Deliver multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, email, webinars, etc.) tailored to each account.
- Collaborate with content, digital, and creative teams to produce targeted messaging and assets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure ABM efforts are integrated and effective.
- Coordinate account-focused events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives.
Measurement & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using ABM tools such as Salesforce and 6sense.
- Apply insights to continuously optimize strategies and drive ROI.
Events & Content
- Manage and deliver personalized events (virtual and in-person) for key accounts.
- Create tailored collateral, case studies, and presentations for decision-makers.
What You Bring:
- Strong B2B marketing experience, with a focus on ABM (ideally in tech or healthcare).
- Proven ability to design and execute impactful ABM campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of ABM tools and platforms (Salesforce, 6sense, etc.).
- Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering closely with sales.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical abilities.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
