Sharing some positive feedback regarding my recent experience working with two members of the TML Partners team, Ryan Fripps and Hannah Jenns. I initially met with Ryan in person, and he was wonderful to speak with. He immediately put me at ease, made me feel genuinely confident in my skill set, and took the time to understand my background through a very warm and engaging conversation. Recognising a strong potential fit, he then raised my search at a team meeting and promptly connected me with Hannah for a role that she was working on. Ryan later followed up with me to check in on my search just ahead of speaking to Hannah which was a call I appreciated and made me feel like a valuable candidate. Hannah was equally fantastic to work with. She went above and beyond by taking extra care to meet with me on multiple occasions throughout the process. We thoroughly walked through the scope of a role with a client, explored my thoughts on the position, and strategised how I would approach the key challenges. That dedicated preparation time made a world of difference - it directly enabled me to deliver one of the best interviews of my career. Even though I didn't land the job on this occasion, the overall experience was incredibly positive. The seamless referral from Ryan to Hannah really demonstrates my how collaboratively your team operates, and their high level of personal care sets TML Partners apart.
