Celebrating Our B Corp Recertification

We are delighted to share that tml Partners has been officially re-certified as a B Corp, with an improved impact score of 102.8, up from 95 in our original certification in 2022. As we prepare to mark our tenth anniversary later this year, this recognition is a welcome milestone and a chance to reflect on how we continue to grow responsibly and with purpose.
Founded in 2015, our mission is to build the world’s most trusted search partner for marketing & commercial appointments, by being the most advocated, most innovative and fastest growing global specialist headhunter in our chosen markets. Delighting one client at a time, tml Partners aims to be the recruitment brand of choice, thereby creating growth and opportunity for all of our customers, colleagues and community.
Measuring What Matters
B Corp certification has never been a tick-box exercise for us. It provides a rigorous and independent framework to measure our social and environmental impact — and, more importantly, to help us improve.
We’ve continued to raise our ambitions across all five impact areas: governance, workers, customers, community, and the environment. In particular, we’ve:
- Strengthened our work in DE&I by launching a major anonymised survey for the UK marketing industry, providing a baseline for representation across protected characteristics.
- Published the second edition of The CMO Report, shining a light on diversity across global marketing and communications.
- Been shortlisted as a finalist for DE&I Champion of the Year at the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards 2024.
- Seen over 90% of our team reaffirm their belief in tml’s B Corp mission. This is reflected in our recent listing as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work in 2025.
Making Time for Impact
The Tomorrow Foundation is now in its fifth year and has grown significantly. We’ve nearly doubled our pro bono hours in the last 18 months — delivering coaching workshops to young people through Resurgo and City Gateway — and surpassed our fundraising goals to help build a new clean water facility in Kenya, in partnership with Dig Deep.
Meanwhile, we continue to embed sustainability in every part of the business. We’ve supported our team in adopting low-impact practices when working from home, and helped share best practice among other London-based businesses. Together with our verified carbon offsetting and tree planting efforts, we’ve prevented over more than five times our own operational footprint in carbon savings.
What Comes Next
Our recertification as a B Corp is something we’re proud of — but it’s just one step on a longer journey. We’ll continue to use the B Corp framework to hold ourselves to account, and to identify new ways we can support our people, partners and planet.
