A high-growth, award-winning software scale-up is seeking a dynamic US Marketing Manager to join its expanding team. This organization provides an AI-powered resource management platform trusted by the Big Four and other top-tier professional services firms globally. Following significant success in North America, this role has been created to own regional execution and drive further pipeline growth through strategic partner and field marketing initiatives.

As the primary marketing lead for the US market, you will be responsible for translating global strategies into locally relevant campaigns. Reporting to leadership in the UK, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy to manage events, partner relationships, and integrated marketing activities. This is an exceptional opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and possesses a deep understanding of the US B2B landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of US-based events, including trade shows, conferences, and field marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with sales priorities and pipeline goals.
  • Partner Marketing: Own the US partner marketing roadmap, executing joint campaigns, co-branded content, and partner-led events (both in-person and virtual) to support enablement and lead generation.
  • Regional Campaign Development: Execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the US audience, localizing messaging and positioning to reflect regional buyer behaviors and expectations.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Serve as the central marketing contact for US-based sales and partnership teams while managing relationships with external agencies and event suppliers.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of regional activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the global marketing team to inform future investment.

About You

  • B2B Marketing Expertise: You bring proven experience in a US-focused B2B marketing role, ideally within the SaaS or professional services sectors.
  • Event & Partner Specialist: You have a strong track record in executing successful partner marketing programs and large-scale professional events.
  • Market Insight: You possess a sophisticated understanding of the US B2B landscape and the nuances of US buyer behavior compared to international markets.
  • Autonomous Operator: You are comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of projects while maintaining alignment with global brand standards.
  • Collaborative Communicator: You excel at managing diverse stakeholders and have the project management skills necessary to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting sales-led or partner-led growth models within a scaling organization.
  • Previous experience working within a global marketing structure with specific regional ownership.
  • Familiarity with modern marketing technology stacks, particularly HubSpot or similar CRM and automation platforms.
