We are seeking a Strategy and Operational Communications Lead to join a globally recognised professional services firm, playing a pivotal role in driving efficiency and continuous improvement within their Communications and Corporate Affairs function.
This role will report directly into the Chief Communications and Corporate Affairs Officer and will develop relationships across the function and organisation. Given the complex nature of the role, you will be a good influencer with an enjoyment for managing multiple projects and priorities at any time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Optimise communications processes and improve efficiencies by analysing and streamlining existing processes whilst introducing best practices.
- Design and drive initiatives that promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging adoption of new technologies and skills.
- Coordinate across Finance, Technology and HR to align communications campaigns and strategy with wider business priorities and policies.
- Lead operational performance reporting, developing metrics and dashboards to monitor progress against goals, whilst spotting opportunity for continued improvement.
- Collaborate closely with team leads to optimise resource allocation, ensuring personnel and budgets align directly with key business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and developing process improvement within complex, matrixed environments, specifically across communications and corporate affairs functions. You must possess a deep understanding of the impact of communications on overall business strategy and be passionate about driving performance.
This role requires a highly collaborative leader who is adept at managing multiple stakeholders and capable of influencing change. Crucially, you’ll be proficient at guiding communications teams through the journey of implementing AI and new technology. Your enthusiasm for leveraging KPIs and data to strategically enhance communications output must be infectious.
