Key Responsibilities
You will build and lead the new internal Rankings & Recognition team, guiding them to execute a high-quality global strategy. Advance this strategy by rigorously assessing and rationalising the portfolio of rankings and awards, eliminating low-value entries to focus resources on those with the highest impact. You will oversee the directory budget, acting as the primary liaison with key directory editors, and guiding regional teams on effective submission strategy to elevate the firm’s market position.
Key Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree (Journalism or English preferred) and 5-10 years’ experience in law firm marketing.
- Crucial experience in rankings and proven team management abilities.
- Superior project management and relationship building skills.
- Strong persuasive writing skills with the ability to synthesize complex information commercially.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor a team during a strategic transition.
