A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Senior Graphics Designer in Los Angeles to join its high-performing Creative Services team.
This role will merge core graphic design principles with narrative storytelling and technical mastery across Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office. Working at the intersection of design, strategy, and legal marketing, the successful candidate will transform complex legal concepts, data, and pitch strategies into sophisticated visual communications, ranging from high-stakes client presentations and bespoke marketing collateral to digital campaigns and firm-wide initiatives. A key element of this role will be driving brand stewardship and creative direction. The Senior Designer will evolve the firm’s visual identity system, elevate executive presentation standards, and oversee vendor production, helping maintain a polished, market-leading visual presence across all touch-points.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact design collateral, including pitch presentations, practice brochures, event assets, infographics, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Design bespoke, high-level PowerPoint decks and master template systems for major client proposals, leadership meetings, and practice group strategies.
- Maintain strict brand consistency across internal and client-facing channels while continuing to develop and refine firm-wide design guidelines.
- Drive visual design strategy for digital channels, executive social media campaigns, and external communications.
- Manage production workflows with external printers, agencies, and vendors to ensure top-tier production quality and color accuracy.
- Provide creative mentorship, quality control, and technical guidance for junior design team members.
- Manage multiple high-priority visual projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight turnarounds with precision.
About You
You are a highly visual thinker and story-driven designer with a refined design aesthetic and a passion for corporate identity. Bringing deep experience in professional services or law firm marketing, you understand how to use typography, grid structures, color theory, and visual hierarchy to make dense information feel intuitive, clean, and compelling.
You are an expert in the Adobe Creative Suite and a true power user of PowerPoint, capable of building advanced, custom templates from scratch that surpass standard presentation limits. If you also have experience with motion graphics or short-form video editing, that’s a welcome asset.
