We are delighted to once again be partnered with an elite global law firm in search of a People Communications Lead position as the firm undergoes a period of significant growth, and this role is one of several hires being made across the Corporate Affairs function. This person will be a crucial figure in collaborating with the new Head of People Communications to drive internal communications strategies and projects, bringing strategic plans to life, and managing a team to ensure there is strong cohesion across the team.
The firm has been through a fantastic period of growth, with recent changes at leadership level that has been done with purpose, and this is a crucial hire for the firm.
Reporting into the Head of People Communications, responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering a global internal communications strategy that is effectively aligned to the businesses goals and objectives, such as DE&I, wellbeing and the firms wider value proposition.
- Overseeing the delivery of all projects, occasionally being involved in tactical execution, as well as delivering consistency across all internal channels.
- Be proactively involved in topical conversations that are pressing matters for the firm, including AI and innovation, and sustainability, collaborating with subject matter experts to create effective messaging and encourage adoption.
- Managing a local team of two Internal Communications specialists, overseeing all tactical execution and ensuring this is done effectively.

- A big-picture thinker that can think about communications in a holistic manner, whilst also staying on top of topical trends such as AI and technology, which will ultimately be applied to your communications strategy.
