We are delighted to be partnering with a highly specialised and rapidly growing software engineering consultancy on the search for their first in house marketing hire with an interim Head of Marketing.
This is an exciting time to join the business as they launch a new crypto coin into the market. You’ll work closely with the founder on market positioning and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Ownership & Execution: Design and lead end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns.
- Retail Market Positioning: Translate the firm’s complex technical differentiators into clear, compelling, and accessible value propositions for the mass crypto user base.
- Community & Social Leadership: Take full ownership of all social media channels (e.g., X, Discord, Telegram) and community forums. Ensure a consistent, daily ‘drumbeat’ of informed content and direct engagement, acting as the primary external voice.
- Geographic Focus: Drive specific community interest and adoption primarily in the US market, while supporting expansion in the Asian market.
- Operational Foundation: Establish all core marketing processes, reporting mechanisms, and tools. Serve as the in-house expert, educating founders on market trends and channel effectiveness to enable future team scaling.
- Budgeting & Results: Resourcefully manage small operational budgets and propose high-ROI activities, maintaining a sharp focus on measurable results and driving growth without needing extensive, formal approval cycles.
The successful candidate for this role will be an integrated marketer with experience working in growth businesses. You’ll be well versed in managing multiple priorities, developing strategy and taking it through to implementation.
You’ll have experience working in crypto and a proven track record in engaging with audiences on crypto products.
