A pioneering global fintech is entering its next phase of growth and requires a Head of Marketing & Communications to shape the narrative and drive commercial impact. Operating at the core of large-scale, secure data-sharing ecosystems, this organisation partners with regulators, governments and enterprise institutions to power complex, high-trust digital infrastructure. With proven scale across international markets and a reputation for technical credibility, the business is now focused on building a sharper, more structured go-to-market engine. This role sits at the centre of that ambition.

This is a senior leadership position with end-to-end ownership of marketing, brand and go-to-market strategy across B2B and B2G audiences. The remit spans demand generation, enterprise GTM design, product marketing, sales enablement and targeted communications, with clear accountability for pipeline, MQLs and revenue contribution. Close alignment with Sales and Product is critical, translating complex technical and regulatory propositions into clear, commercially compelling narratives. Alongside external positioning, the role also shapes internal communications, ensuring employees are aligned, informed and connected to strategy. A small, high-impact team and specialist agencies sit within scope, alongside budget and martech ownership.

The ideal candidate brings significant B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience within complex technology environments, ideally including exposure to public sector or regulatory stakeholders. A strong track record in building enterprise GTM models, driving measurable pipeline growth and elevating product marketing capability is essential. Comfort operating at senior leadership and board level is expected, combined with the willingness to remain hands-on in a lean structure. Strong analytical judgement, sharp messaging instincts and the ability to simplify intricate subject matter will define success. An active interest in fintech, data ecosystems and high-trust digital infrastructure will resonate strongly.
