An exceptional opportunity has arisen to lead the Marketing function for a high-growth, cloud excellence consultancy following a significant private equity investment. This is a pivotal, London-based role, tasked with transforming the marketing approach from a network-driven model into a sophisticated, scalable engine for inbound enquiries and structured outbound leads. The focus is on capitalising on strong market tailwinds, including the explosive growth of cloud and AI adoption, with ambitious plans to double revenues. This leadership position demands building and executing a marketing roadmap from the ground up, leveraging proven client success with major enterprises and high-growth SaaS firms.

The role requires designing and executing a strategy that firmly positions marketing as a key driver of business growth. A core responsibility involves building and optimising a demand generation and inbound marketing engine to consistently deliver qualified leads into the sales pipeline. This includes overseeing brand positioning, strengthening the digital presence, and ensuring the website is a central conversion asset. Establishing a clear marketing ROI framework using data and analytics to measure impact and provide business transparency is essential. Furthermore, the role holds accountability for marketing technology platforms and involves recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing marketing team.

The successful candidate must possess significant experience in the consultancy sector with a proven ability to drive marketing-led demand generation. A deep understanding of the B2B technology sector and the dynamics of marketing within complex, fast-changing markets is mandatory. Demonstrated success in building lead engines, scaling marketing teams, and integrating marketing and sales processes to deliver measurable impact is crucial.
