A high-impact marketing leadership role sits at the centre of a fast-growing, private equity–backed cloud consultancy. This London-based position is focused on defining a clear strategic marketing approach that shifts the business from a network-driven model to a scalable, performance-led growth engine. The mandate centres on building a sophisticated inbound and outbound capability aligned to ambitious growth plans, including revenue acceleration across cloud and AI-led markets. This role carries end-to-end ownership of a marketing roadmap designed to support long-term, sustainable growth.

The role is responsible for developing and executing a cohesive marketing strategy that positions marketing as a core commercial lever. This includes ownership of SEO strategy to drive sustained organic demand, alongside a structured segmentation strategy to prioritise target markets, accounts, and buyer profiles. A key focus is building and optimising a demand generation engine that delivers qualified, segmented leads into the sales pipeline, supported by strong digital performance and conversion-led website optimisation. Establishing clear measurement frameworks through data, analytics, and marketing technology is essential to demonstrate ROI and inform strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will bring significant experience within consultancy or B2B technology-led services, with a proven track record of delivering strategic, insight-driven marketing programmes. Deep expertise in SEO, audience segmentation, and marketing-led demand generation within complex buying environments is essential. Experience scaling marketing teams, aligning closely with sales, and embedding a long-term strategic approach to growth is critical. The ability to translate complex consultancy propositions into clear, compelling market narratives that resonate across defined segments will be a key differentiator.
