We are delighted to once again be partnered with one of the leading and most ambitious UK law firms in search of a Head of Business Development within their flagship Personal Injury group. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on a significant revenue generating team to drive improved commercial activities, whilst also playing a heavy leadership role in regards to strategic management of projects, and team management as well.
This is a fantastic role for a business development leader who can be strategic leader with a strong passion for people management, and is also interested in exploring a new practice group, or has prior exposure to Personal Injury and Healthcare groups.
Reporting into the Business Development & Marketing Director, responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing key business development strategies that will have direct contributions to drive profitable revenue generation and building business pipelines.
- Line management of a high-performing team, including two managers who have strong a relationship the partner group, as well as a pool of Executives. You will ensure the team are continuously developing and project manage any tactical tasks they lead.
- Creating targeted marketing campaigns to ensure the firm is best positioned within their target sectors and prospect partner organisations.
- Regularly collaborating with partners to provide strategic direction and regularly reporting to them.

- Highly collaborative with various stakeholders including fee earners and partners, and is able to articulate key business growth strategies in a compelling way that inspires stakeholders.
- A strong people leader that can showcase a strong level of influence, and be accountable for all tactical execution of strategies.
