This is a newly created, high-visibility role reporting into the CMO, with a mandate to elevate reputation, credibility and global narrative. It offers genuine scope to build structure, influence senior stakeholders and define the PR agenda from the ground up.
The role owns the development and execution of a cohesive global PR strategy aligned to commercial and product priorities. Responsibility spans crafting a differentiated external narrative, securing tier-one media coverage, and building strong relationships with international journalists, analysts and technology commentators. Leadership visibility is a core focus, with oversight of thought leadership programmes, spokesperson development and speaking opportunities. The position also leads launch communications, corporate moments and crisis playbooks, while managing agency partners and PR specialists across multiple regions.
Success in this role requires a proven track record delivering global PR campaigns that drive measurable brand and business impact. Experience positioning technology or AI-led products within SaaS, consumer tech or digital services environments is essential. Strong editorial judgement, exceptional written English and the ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on are critical. A confident operator in fast-paced, high-growth settings, this individual will combine commercial awareness with the credibility to influence senior leadership and media at the highest level.
