A leading global professional services firm is seeking two Experience & Content leads to join its dynamic Business Development team, one supporting Transactional practice areas and one supporting Litigation practice areas.
These newly created roles will play a critical part in capturing, developing, and maintaining the firm’s experience content to drive commercial growth across global markets. Working closely with partners and BD colleagues, each Specialist will turn complex deal or dispute details into clear, client-ready content for pitches, proposals, RFPs, and legal directory submissions, while ensuring data accuracy across the firm’s experience management platforms. A key focus of these roles will be modernizing content workflows. Leveraging both traditional research methods and AI-assisted tools, they will streamline data collection, refine matter summaries, and maintain standard-setting content libraries that showcase the firm’s market-leading capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain matter records in the firm’s experience database, ensuring data accuracy, complete profiles, and proper classification across key deal or litigation stages.
- Draft, edit, and tailor experience lists, case/deal summaries, and attorney bios for use in high-stakes pitches, RFPs, and client proposals.
- Utilize generative AI and MarTech platforms to synthesize information, draft initial summaries, and transform raw technical content into concise, client-focused language.
- Support directory submissions (including Chambers and Legal 500) by gathering, drafting, and organizing detailed practice experience content ahead of cycle deadlines.
- Conduct targeted research on clients, industries, deals, or judicial trends to provide actionable context for BD initiatives.
- Partner with MarTech, Data, and Communications teams to streamline content capture, enforce confidentiality guidelines, and align messaging across digital and print channels.
