tml Partners are now leading the search for a Director of Growth & Conversion — a role at the heart of Lincoln’s next chapter.
The brief?
Turn brand distinctiveness into performance. Lead the full recruitment and conversion strategy across Home, UG and PG audiences. Build digital journeys, campaigns and content ecosystems that move students from interest to intent — and intent to enrolment. You’ll also lead the team that powers this work day-to-day: the University’s core recruitment engine spanning CRM, digital, campaigns, insight and engagement.
You’ll report directly to a Chief Marketing Officer who brings high-impact, cross-sector experience and a modern, commercially sharp approach to leadership — someone known for raising standards, unlocking creativity and developing talented people. Expect coaching, challenge and genuine support.

What you’ll do:
- Lead recruitment and conversion across Home, International, UG and PG
- Build a data-driven strategy that improves intent and performance
- Develop culturally relevant campaigns and content for Gen Z
- Build influencer and ambassador programmes that drive trust
- Oversee digital journeys, CRM, UX and social-first creative
- Lead a high-performing team across digital, CRM, content and insight
- Work directly with the CMO and senior leadership

- Experience engaging younger audiences (Gen Z / Zalpha)
- Strong digital capability: CRM, content, performance, UX, data
- Ability to simplify complexity and drive measurable outcomes
- Confidence to challenge category norms intelligently
- A feel for culture, timing and tone
