We are delighted to once again be partnered with an elite global law firm in search of a Corporate Relations Lead position for their flagship Disputes & Litigation division, in a newly created role which is part of an exciting team build out for this firms Corporate Communications team. This person will be crucial in being a specialist for this firms Disputes & Litigation division, collaborating with practice partners and stakeholders across the firm to devise an internal and external communications strategy, and be a key strategic advisor for the partner group.

The firm has been through a fantastic period of growth, with recent changes at leadership level, and this is a crucial hire for the leadership team.

Reporting into the Director of Corporate Relations, responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering a global integrated communications strategy that positions the Disputes & Litigation function in an effective way across their global external and internal network.
  • Overseeing division-specific communication and content collateral that is topical and relevant to the current Disputes market – as well as shining a spotlight on the teams recent achievements.
  • Manage relationships with relevant media outlets and journalists, both within the legal industry, as well as wider industry press that regularly cover activities that will be relevant to the division.

  • Highly experienced in setting and delivering communications strategies within a global professional services or legal environment.
  • Confident in delivering messages and content in an effective manner, across a global audience and can take technical language to make it more compelling.
  • A strong stakeholder manager that can stay on top of relevant activities within the Disputes and Litigation space, and be agile in making relevant content in a timely manner.
  • Able to work across integrated communications strategies, including managing media relations, and be an expert in employee communications.
