We are delighted to once again be partnered with an elite global law firm in search of a Change Communications Lead position as the firm undergoes a period of significant growth and transformation, and this role is one of several hires being made across the Corporate Affairs function. This person will be a crucial figure in advising on internal messaging and engagement to support seamless transformation projects, including digital innovation, restructures and more.
The firm has been through a fantastic period of growth, with recent changes at leadership level that has been done with purpose, and this is a crucial hire for the firm.
Reporting into the Head of People Communications, responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering global strategic approaches around major change programmes, and taking complex information to make it more compelling.
- Advising partners and senior stakeholders to align on messaging, and roadmaps for more efficacy in the adoption of the firms changes with its internal network and employees.
- Oversee the delivery of engagement activities including town halls, intranet updates and more, collaborating with the wider internal communications team to deliver these projects.
- Line management of a Change Communications Manager, overseeing their development.
