This individual will serve as the primary advisor to litigation partners, orchestrating key initiatives to elevate market presence and secure high-value client opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the daily operational lead for commercial growth initiatives across the dispute resolution and litigation practice group.
  • Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and cross-functional teams to design high-impact client presentations, pitch materials, and directory submissions.
  • Direct the end-to-end management of client proposals and competitive business pursuits, coordinating across various departments to highlight distinct firm capabilities.
  • Take complete ownership of high-priority marketing campaigns and commercial projects, ensuring precise, timely execution.
  • Monitor market trends, maintain robust pipelines of prospective corporate targets, and analyze the commercial effectiveness of all practice growth activities.
  • Supervise the production and refinement of all external marketing content, practice descriptions, and client-facing collateral to ensure premium brand positioning.
  • Oversee the comprehensive legal directory process, including drafting legal submissions, coordinating researcher interviews, and managing critical timeline deadlines.
