We are delighted to be partnering with one of the most prestigious Transatlantic law firms, in search of a highly crucial Business Development Manager opportunity to lead on their highly-rated International Arbitration group. This hire comes in a time of genuine transformation and change within the function, and you would be sitting within an internationally facing group, whilst having the majority of senior stakeholders in London.
This is a fantastic role for an up and coming Specialist or Manager that is passionate about International Arbitration and broader Disputes business development projects.
Reporting into the Senior Business Development Lead, responsibilities will include:
- Implementing key business development strategies, and collaborating with the Senior Lead to drive the practice’s brand within the external market, as well as aligning the practice strategy with the firm strategy.
- Lead on profile raising across the market, including managing key submission programmes, communications and broader marketing collateral.
- Taking a data-led approach to set new agendas, and strategies for the function, whilst also thinking holistically in regards to cross-selling and international projects.
