The Business Development Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of specific practice groups, working in direct partnership with senior leadership and a global network of marketing professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of strategic business development plans, transforming complex geopolitical and legal market insights into high-impact opportunities for the firm’s partners. A significant portion of the role involves crafting and customizing sophisticated pitch materials and thought leadership content, ensuring the firm’s expertise is positioned with precision to reach target audiences. Beyond core strategy, this individual will own the business development aspects of partner integration and oversee high-visibility client events and webinars, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the firm’s premium brand. It is a role designed for someone who wants to take ownership of commercial outcomes and deliver measurable impact within a prestigious, fast-paced professional services environment.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with a background in professional services or legal marketing. They will bring a proven ability to manage complex, high-pressure projects with tight deadlines, while maintaining a collegial and collaborative approach to teamwork. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as is the ability to write with clarity and commercial flair for an executive audience. A high degree of technical proficiency in standard professional software is expected, alongside the agility to learn specialized industry applications.
