In our online roundtable co-hosted with Clear M&C Saatchi, we focussed on Consumer Goods to understand the forces of change which are creating chaos – with a particular focus on the dramatic change in shopper behaviour we’ve seen in the last 12 months.

We were joined by three outstanding panellists who helped us to examine how shaping forces have fundamentally shifted retail priorities as a result of the pandemic – and which forces leaders should be looking at to drive future growth.

We also chatted through how new consumer needs are spurring the demand for rapid innovation and new product development as we see categories get disrupted and reshaped in a matter of months and finally, we underlined the importance of how to actually create and execute an adaptive strategy inside the organisation.
