Living Our B Corp Commitment

At tml Partners, being a B Corp is a fundamental part of our DNA and a guiding principle for how we show up for our people, our planet, and our communities. 

B Corp Month is always a great time for us to reflect on our impact, recent activity, and to celebrate the successes of other B Corps around us. For us, creating a positive impact is core to our overarching mission, and our B Corp certification is a fantastic way to formalise what we have always believed in: a business can be a force for good.

As part of our work as a B Corp, our team dedicates up to 5% of their time and resources to pro-bono and charitable projects that drive real change.

Our Community Partners

We harness our professional expertise as recruitment specialists to break down barriers for individuals striving to achieve their full potential. We use our experience and skills to enhance work readiness and professional confidence.

Our impact is felt through deep-rooted partnerships with four incredible organisations:

• Spear: We support their mission to transform the lives of unemployed 16–24-year-olds, helping them tackle the practical and attitudinal barriers that stand between them and a meaningful career.
• 20/20 Levels: We work alongside this leadership and career development organisation to ensure young people from Black and underserved communities don’t just enter the workplace, but have the tools to flourish and lead.
• Aston Mansfield: Based in East London, this organisation empowers children and families in Newham. We support their skills-based programmes designed to build the confidence young people need to become active, empowered citizens.
• Capital City College: As one of London’s largest further education providers, they serve a diverse student population across boroughs like Camden and Islington. We help learners overcome significant socio-economic challenges to progress into professional careers.

Our team has recently provided direct support through mock interviews to improve communication techniques, personal branding sessions focused on LinkedIn and professional identity, and mentoring to help navigate complex workplace dynamics like stakeholder management.

Planting for the Future

While our community work focuses on people, our commitment to the environment is just as hands-on. Our team recently partnered with Protect Earth once again for a tree planting day in Surrey, planting 475 trees in total. 

Unlike our previous tree planting day in winter 2025, the team was blessed with great weather in the English countryside.

Alongside our tree planting days, we also plant a tree for every placement we make on behalf of our clients. This is completed via a long-term partnership with Ecologi who have supported us in funding the planting of over 1,000 trees over the past three years.

Why it Matters

Our B Corp status is a reflection of the collective effort of everyone at tml Partners. Whether it’s acting as a sounding board for a young person entering the working world or planting saplings in the soil, these actions define who we are. This is about building a business that contributes to a fairer, greener future.
