The role demanded a candidate with proven expertise in B2B growth and product marketing, alongside acquisition strategies targeting both B2B and B2C audiences. Additionally, the ideal individual needed to possess the ability to establish a robust brand presence and scale operations into new markets and verticals.

With over 10 years of marketing leadership experience, Tom brings a unique blend of strategic and analytical skills, underpinned by his expertise in Web3, blockchain technologies, and B2B growth marketing. As a former Head of Marketing at Alphabit and Pantheon Mining, Tom led brand strategies and marketing efforts to drive growth and attract investors. He developed his skills in brand fundamentals in Austria at Redbull HQ, which he has been able to utilise and adapt to the various start-up and scale-up business environments he has worked in since. As a versatile leader in growth marketing, Ramp Network were keen to bring him on board.
