Strategy and Relationship Enablement: Designing and embedding a repeatable relationship and coverage strategy across key stakeholder groups including founders and CEOs, ensuring the firm has clear visibility across its network, strengths and relationship gaps.
Brand and Market Positioning: Evolving and protecting a highly differentiated brand identity that is human, transparent and intellectually distinctive, ensuring all marketing activity directly supports commercial outcomes, reputation and relationship progression.
Commercial Impact and Conversion: Supporting investment teams with structured personal marketing plans, stakeholder engagement strategies and intentional follow-up processes designed to increase the quality and conversion of principal-to-principal interactions.
Events and Experiences: Leading the development of high-quality internal and external events, experiences and creative initiatives that stretch networks, deepen engagement and reinforce the firm’s reputation for authenticity and excellence.
