The Head of Brand Operations role is a critical leadership position, acting as the central point of accountability for brand governance, tooling, and execution. You will play a key role in translating brand strategy into scalable, repeatable delivery across regions, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, efficiency, and measurable impact.
As Head of Brand Operations, you will be a strategic and hands-on leader focused on driving consistency, efficiency, and innovation across the brand ecosystem:
- Strategy and Execution: Translating brand strategy into a clear, scalable operating model, ensuring consistent and efficient execution across markets, channels, and teams.
- Brand Operations: Building and managing a unified brand operating system, including governance frameworks, workflows, standards, and processes that enable high-quality, compliant delivery from brief through to deployment.
- Operational Excellence: Driving efficiency through structured planning, capacity management, and workflow optimisation, reducing rework and improving speed to market.
- Brand Technology and Innovation: Leading the adoption and implementation of brand tools and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled workflows, ensuring appropriate governance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Brand Enablement and Engagement: Driving brand adoption and consistency through internal engagement initiatives, training programmes, and clear, accessible guidance and playbooks.
- Planning and Measurement: Leading brand planning cycles, defining OKRs and KPIs, managing agency and vendor relationships, and establishing performance frameworks to track brand health and operational effectiveness.
- International and Multi-Brand Stewardship: Overseeing the rollout of brand strategy across international markets, balancing global consistency with local relevance, and managing dual-brand considerations across different audiences and regions.
