A leading specialist law firm is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Strategy & Marketing Technology to lead its digital marketing efforts and evolving marketing technology ecosystem. This role is central to enhancing brand visibility, strengthening client engagement, and supporting strategic growth through integrated, data-driven marketing initiatives.
Working closely with senior marketing leadership, practice groups, and business development teams, this individual will drive digital campaigns, oversee thought leadership distribution, and advance the adoption of innovative technologies, including AI-enabled tools.
This individual can be based in New York or Washington D.C.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the firm’s digital marketing strategy across website, social media, email, and thought leadership channels, ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand presence. Partner with practice and business development teams to deliver integrated campaigns aligned to key priorities, while overseeing content planning, development, and distribution.
Take ownership of the firm’s marketing technology ecosystem, managing and optimizing platforms across CRM, website, and digital channels. Work closely with IT and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve efficiency and scalability.
Establish and refine reporting frameworks to measure performance across digital activity, using data and insights to continuously optimize campaigns, strengthen audience engagement, and inform strategic decision-making.
About You
You bring experience in digital marketing or communications within a professional services environment, ideally with exposure to legal or partnership-led organizations. You are comfortable managing integrated campaigns and marketing technology platforms, and bring a strong understanding of digital channels, content strategy, and performance analytics.
You are a strong communicator with excellent writing and editing skills, paired with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into action. Collaborative and proactive, you build credibility with senior stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with CRM systems, website platforms, and social media management tools is valuable, alongside exposure to marketing automation, SEO, and AI-driven marketing technologies. A background supporting thought leadership-led campaigns would be advantageous.
