A high-growth fintech company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Content & Communications Lead to shape and deliver compelling content across global channels. Operating at the forefront of institutional investment technology, the firm partners with regulated financial institutions and fintechs to deliver seamless access to global markets. This is a unique opportunity to join the company’s global Centre of Excellence and help drive its messaging, content strategy and brand voice across multiple regions. Working closely with the marketing and product teams, this role will play a pivotal part in telling the firm’s story to the world.

As Content & Communications Lead, you will own the company’s global content strategy—building engaging narratives that resonate with B2B audiences across key geographies. From campaign messaging to brand tone and thought leadership, you will help develop clear, consistent and impactful communication that supports business growth and brand equity. You will also oversee the content process end-to-end: from copywriting and editorial development to content operations, media relations and PR planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate target audiences, segmentation and buyer journeys to shape content strategies that drive engagement and conversion
  • Develop and execute creative content concepts aligned with business goals and brand vision
  • Refine and maintain brand messaging guidelines to ensure consistency across tone, language, and style
  • Build strong messaging frameworks and value propositions for use across marketing and product campaigns
  • Create and edit a wide range of content, including digital copy, research insights, product messaging, community engagement, and growth campaigns
  • Manage content across platforms such as websites, email, blogs, white papers, social media, webinars, podcasts, and thought leadership
  • Lead the content workflow and editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards
  • Support media and PR efforts, including speaker engagement, podcast placements, and award nominations
  • Lead or support ad-hoc content initiatives as required

About You

  • Strong experience in B2B content and communications roles, with a strong copywriting skillset
  • Proven experience in fintech or adjacent financial services sectors is essential
  • Strong editorial skills with a keen eye for detail and storytelling
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute content strategies across global markets and multiple platforms
  • Deep familiarity with social media and digital content practices for B2B audiences
  • Proficient in content management systems and analytics tools (e.g., AHREFs, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics)
  • Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
  • Creative, collaborative, and passionate about delivering high-impact content that supports business outcomes
