Sean Tribull is a Senior Consultant at tml Partners, specialising in placing marketing and commercial leaders within the sport, entertainment, hospitality, and leisure sectors.
With an MBA in Hospitality Management, Sean began his career in the hospitality industry in London, working with esteemed brands such as Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Oetker Collection, and Nobu Hospitality.
He later transitioned into executive search, joining James & Cranwell — a global recruitment agency specialising in luxury hospitality — where he leveraged his deep industry knowledge and network. This was followed by a role at Venari Partners – Executive Search, where he led their hospitality, travel, and leisure practice.
Sean now specialises in connecting top-tier marketing and commercial leaders with exciting opportunities across sport, entertainment, leisure and hospitality, globally.
Outside of work, Sean loves to travel and explore the latest culinary hotspots. He is also an avid home cook and wine enthusiast. In addition, he has a strong interest in sport, with a particular passion for American football and golf.
