Ryan Fripps

Ryan Fripps is a Consultant at tml Partners, specialising in Business Development, Marketing and Communications appointments across the UK, with a specific focus on Professional and Financial Services.

Prior to joining tml Partners, Ryan held in-house Talent Acquisition and recruitment roles with leading brands across the legal and technology sectors, including commercial roles in both the UK and Australia. This exposure to diverse sectors, combined with his experience working across different facets of recruitment both internally and externally, has allowed Ryan to build a broad and well-rounded understanding of the intricacies of the recruitment industry.

Outside of the office, Ryan is passionate about sport and fitness, with a background in boxing, and maintains a keen interest in History, holding a Master’s degree in History from the University of Leicester. He has travelled extensively, exposing him to a wide array of cultures and lifestyles; a practice he believes enriches the mind and provides a valuable global perspective.
