Matt Bailey is an Associate Consultant at tml Partners, specializing in our North American practice.

Matt focuses on placing marketing, communications, and commercial leaders, ranging from C-suite executives to senior management roles with blue-chip clients across financial and professional services.

Before joining tml, Matt earned a degree in International Business Management and launched his career in sales within the Health and Fitness industry. This experience honed his interpersonal skills and equipped him to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments. Growing up in a military family, frequently relocating, Matt developed a global perspective on life and business—an outlook that perfectly complements his work on international mandates.

Beyond the office, Matt is a passionate reader and adventure-seeker. He enjoys a variety of sports, including martial arts and bouldering, and has an insatiable curiosity for travel, always eager to immerse himself in new cultures and destinations.
