Malisha Patel is a Manager at tml Partners working in our financial services sector for mid-senior level appointments with specific expertise in Fintech and Payments. With a background as Marketing and BD manager in the Defence and Technology sector, Malisha can draw upon her experiences and bring empathy and understanding into the marketing recruitment process.
After completing a Bsc Hons degree in Business Management and Marketing Malisha began her journey as a marketeer. She joined a global Defence and Technology firm, Thales, and established herself as BD and Marketing professional in B2B, B2C and B2G environments. Working closely with the Armed Forces at senior level, she developed campaigns and led strategies whilst establishing long term relationships with management teams across various stakeholder groups. Her time at Thales has also given Malisha exposure to complex commercial agreements, varied political environments, and extensive marketing techniques.
Malisha was approached by tml Partners with an opportunity to join the recruitment world and made the transition into a new career path, using her experience to help others find the right opportunities within the marketing sector. She is now leading and growing tml Partners Fintech and Payments practice, whilst also specialising in insurance and broader banking.
A keen traveller, Malisha enjoys exploring culinary world, going to the gym and socialising with her family and friends.
