John Brown is a Senior Research Associate at tml Partners, supporting the delivery of senior-level searches across marketing and commercial roles.
With a BSc in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham, John brings a strong analytical foundation and a keen interest in how businesses engage and retain customers in an ever-evolving technological landscape. He is particularly fascinated by the intersection of market strategy, customer behaviour, and innovation.
Before joining tml Partners, John gained valuable experience at a boutique executive search firm specialising in marketing and commercial functions. There, he developed a reputation for delivering in-depth research and a first-class candidate experience, underpinned by his perceptive and thoughtful approach.
Outside of work, John is a passionate supporter of Chelsea FC and enjoys discovering new films across London’s diverse cinema scene. He’s always up for a wide-ranging conversation on sport, film, or music.
