As the business continues to diversify, they are expanding into the Consumer market and are looking to launch a new consumer proposition.
As a Senior Manager, you will define the company’s debut into the consumer market by crafting a distinct value proposition, translating high-level strategy into a launch narrative that resonates with millions of users.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the company’s growth initiative, and would require high level strategy and hands-on execution. You will work across multiple functions, orchestrating experts in product, brand, and design to ensure the launch is data-driven, consistent, and effective.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Spearheading the commercial roadmap for market entry, orchestrating full-cycle campaigns that span acquisition, user lifecycle, and retention.
- Carving out a unique space in a crowded market by developing a distinct brand voice. This includes translating complex market insights into clear, compelling messaging that sharpens the company’s competitive edge and resonates deeply with a new consumer audience.
- Designing and Scaling high-impact reward schemes and partnership programs designed to maximise customer lifetime value.
To excel in this role we require candidates with prior experience leading product marketing strategies within consumer payments.
