A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Senior Manager, Editorial Content to shape and elevate its voice across markets. This role is central to developing high-impact, strategically aligned content that reinforces a market-leading position in complex, high-stakes advisory work.
The position focuses on translating sophisticated subject matter into clear, compelling narratives for clients, industry stakeholders, and broader audiences. Working closely with senior leadership, this individual will ensure a consistent, distinctive editorial voice while supporting key business development priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Editorial Leadership & Content Creation
- Lead the drafting and editing of thought leadership, client communications, long-form articles, and other high-profile content
- Translate complex technical and regulatory topics into accessible, persuasive narratives
- Partner with senior stakeholders to refine messaging, structure arguments, and ensure accuracy
- Develop polished, high-quality content for directories, award submissions, biographies, digital platforms, and pitch materials
Thought Leadership Strategy
- Identify emerging industry trends and developments to inform the editorial agenda
- Collaborate with communications, business development, and digital teams to build and execute a coordinated content calendar
- Align editorial output with broader campaigns, PR initiatives, and market positioning efforts
Editorial Quality & Standards
- Uphold and enhance editorial standards, ensuring clarity, precision, and consistency
- Oversee and refine content produced across marketing and communications functions
- Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with PR and media teams to support messaging for press opportunities and campaigns
- Collaborate with directory and rankings teams to produce compelling submissions
- Work with digital and social teams to maximize content reach and engagement
