A prominent digital retail bank is on the lookout for a Senior CRM Campaigns Manager to join their growth and CRM function specifically working on their award-winning consumer investment products, to provide best in class CRM programmes that engage customers across the full customer lifecycle.
The CRM Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, technical CRM function, customer experience, content, & product to develop, lead and execute lifecycle programmes to engage and retain investment customers.
You will be responsible for planning customer communication programmes across email, in-App, SMS and push-notifications, using data and segmentation to build out lifecycle journeys and ensure right comms, at the right time to optimise lifetime value and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Multichannel campaign management; build, set up and test CRM campaigns for all channels (email/SMS/in-app/push/DM/Call) and execution of the same, ensuring consistent brand experience and adherence to customer experience principles
- Design and launch complex automated campaigns using our internal and external tools & work with the technical CRM team to deploy these comms through Salesforce
- Report and track campaign and channel performance, and improve KPIs for all campaigns
- Accountable for ensuring legal/compliance/risk and control requirements are met for all campaigns and appropriate approvals are obtained
- Analyse and report and channel performance and other key KPI
The Successful Candidate will have an analytical mindset with high attention to detail. They will be pre-active, data-driven and hands-on with the ability to work across a range of stakeholders. A true self-starting attitude with good organisational skills. Ideally you will have experience in consumer investments, wider consumer FS or regulated environments, but CRM and lifecycle experience in broader consumer industries such as retail/e-commerce will also be considered.
This will be a role that requires 5 days in office, but with flexibility to work from home from time to time as required.
