Reporting to the Global BD Practice Director, the Senior Business Development Manager will act as a strategic advisor to partners and leadership. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between high-level strategy and high-impact execution, ensuring that the practice remains a dominant force in the global debt finance market. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team to deliver premium client engagement initiatives and oversee the creation of sophisticated, bespoke proposals that resonate with a diverse client base of global banks, credit funds, and major corporations.

The remit extends beyond traditional support, requiring a proactive approach to market analysis and client cultivation. You will be expected to identify emerging industry trends and competitor movements to inform strategic outreach and enhance the firm’s external profile. Collaboration is central to this position, as you will work closely with marketing and communication teams to elevate the practice’s thought leadership and visibility through global events and industry rankings.
