This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that has seen exponential growth since its recent inception, and is backed by a major company in the corporate world. You will lead on driving client account management strategies and ensuring delivered revenue, whilst also playing a significant leadership role with their ever-growing team.
This is a highly unique opportunity with strong autonomy, and would be fantastic for a candidate who is passionate about driving impactful client development strategies, whilst managing stakeholder relationships within a complex environment.
Reporting into the Head of Business Development, responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing key client development strategies for the firms high-priority clients, ensuring that you are leading on relationship strategies, and maintaining external relationships.
- Delivering on revenue from client relationships, including leading on bids and proposals, as well as developing client listening programmes to drive an improved client offering.
- Line management of a high-performing team, including two managers who will be supporting on key client relationships. The team will also have a pool of junior executives, as dotted line reports, and you will ensure the team are continuously developing and project manage any tactical tasks they lead.
- Regularly collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the business development strategy is aligned to the firms commercial targets.
