We’re partnering with a leading, purpose-driven provider of mental health services that is expanding beyond its neurodevelopmental roots to become the UK’s most trusted, accessible mental health brand.
They are now looking for a Consumer Proposition Manager to shape and launch propositions that help people access timely, compassionate mental health support.
What you’ll be doing
- Build a rich understanding of consumer needs, barriers and behaviours across self-pay, NHS and PMI pathways.
- Identify insights and opportunities to design propositions that improve experience, engagement, and access.
- Lead propositions from concept → research → business case → launch → ongoing optimisation.
- Create clear and compelling value propositions and positioning.
- Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Marketing, BD and Ops teams to launch new and improved services.
- Own the consumer proposition roadmap and support wider strategic planning.
Must-Have / Key Skills
- Experience in proposition development, product marketing, service design, or consumer insight work.
- Ability to turn qualitative and quantitative insight into clear proposition direction and decisions.
- Strong commercial awareness — able to develop business cases and understand revenue drivers.
- Experience supporting or leading go-to-market planning and launches.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills — able to influence without authority.
- A patient-centred mindset — motivated by improving mental health access and experience.
