Known for its innovative product strategy and rapid growth, the client is now seeking a proven leader to spearhead the product marketing efforts for its core Enterprise business.
This is a critical leadership role designed to drive the commercial success of the client’s established Enterprise solutions. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product marketing strategy for their core portfolio of solutions that targets their B2B clients globally. You will be instrumental in translating complex technology and the product roadmap into compelling market value.
This is a management position with a clear mandate to lead, grow, and inspire a team of Product Marketing Managers dedicated to the B2B payments pillar.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a growing team of Product Marketing Managers, fostering a culture of high performance, strategic thinking, and accountability.
- Strategic Planning: Own and drive the Enterprise & SME Product Marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company commercial goals and long-term product vision.
- Executive Partnership: Serve as a key strategic partner to the Product Management and Strategy Leadership (including the CPO), acting as a marketing proxy for Product Leaders to influence the roadmap and narrative.
- GTM Excellence: Drive best-in-class Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and execution for all major Enterprise product launches and feature updates.
- Positioning & Messaging: Define all product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that clearly articulate the B2B offering’s differentiation and value in the competitive payments landscape.
- Enablement & Content: Partner with Sales Enablement to equip global Enterprise sales teams with the necessary tools, content, and deep product knowledge to close high-value deals.
