We are delighted to be partnered with one of the leading global law firms in search of a Marketing Technology Manager to drive their integrated technology platforms, to ensure seamless support of the marketing and business development function globally through effective technologies, data and AI. This comes at a time of great technological investments for the firm, with AI and innovation at the top of their agenda, and this role will be involved in driving this agenda.
This is a fantastic role for an established Manager that is passionate about delivering on exciting Marketing Technology projects, and data management, and enjoys creating genuine impact.
Reporting into the Global Senior Marketing Operations Manager, responsibilities will include:
- Developing deep technical expertise of their global Salesforce CRM platform and be a subject matter expert for their marketing team.
- Collaborating with the teams Senior Manager to shape and deliver on the firms global CRM strategy, ensuring this aligns with the firms broader objectives.
- Ensuring that all data on the CRM platform is robust and ready to be applied on broader strategic business development projects, whilst also ensuring platform optimisation, driving better adoption, and continuously improving processes.
- Line management of a high-performing team across the UK.

- Has an ability to translate complex technical concepts in a clear manner, and be able to communicate how to best utilise data and technology.
