** Interim Marketing Director | Category Defining Fintech | Six month FTC **
We’re partnering with one of Europe’s most exciting B2B fintech business on the search for an Interim Marketing Director.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience working in fast growing B2B tech and SaaS businesses, who’s looking to lead an integrated marketing function on their next stage of maturity. Our client is fast growth and AI led, working with enterprise businesses internationally.
This isn’t a “maintenance” role. You will be the strategic architect for an integrated function, bridging the gap between sophisticated Brand/Content and hard-hitting Demand Gen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of six, as well as agency partners
- Lead marketing strategy on demand generation, events, content, campaigns and account based marketing
- Work closely with product marketing to ensure strategies are aligned
- Develop the use of martech and AI, integrating it throughout marketing activities
- Work with sales to ensure marketing and sales are aligned
The right candidate for this role will have worked in fast growth B2B tech environments, ideally within SaaS or fintech. You’ll be a growth marketer, and have an aptitude for creating and enhancing marketing strategies to reach international audiences. You’ll be a strategist who is comfortable and excited to see their work right through to delivery.
The business is based in West London, and there is a requirement to be in the office four days per week.
