**Six Month FTC**
We are working with a national engineering consultancy on an exciting role as Interim Head of Marketing. This organisation has experienced rapid growth and is now looking bring in a marketing leader to mature and develop their marketing strategy and function.
This organisation works primarily with public sector organisations and is looking to diversify its client base for continued growth and success. They have ambitious growth plans for the next 5 years and see that marketing plays a key role in that.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Developing a marketing strategy in line with organisational strategy
- Managing and developing a team
- Creating campaigns to reach target customers and audiences
- Communicating to audiences what the business is known for, working with senior leaders on the narrative and business positioning
- Oversight of marketing, communications, brand and digital
The candidate with relevant experience for this role will have worked in regulated B2B environments, as well as having had exposure to the housing sector. You will have had experience in working with organisations at a period of fast growth and have a proven track record of improving marketing capabilities.
