Are you a dynamic and experienced corporate affairs leader with a passion for driving brand reputation and strategic content?

We are working with a healthcare provider on the search for a visionary Head of Communications to lead their team, manage their brand, and oversee all internal and external communications. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally and ensure their communications strategy and patient experience goals are realised through compelling and consistent content.

As the Head of Communications, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead the communications team to create a more strategic function, across external and internal communications & content
  • Develop integrated communications plans across varied channels, inclusive of trade, consumer media, patient communications & digital channels
  • Oversee external agencies and onboarding of a new communications agency
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally with other marketing leaders and key internal stakeholders to ensure smooth planning, delivery, and consistent messaging and branding
  • Lead a stakeholder engagement and political engagement for the organisation

To be right for this role, you will have experience working in the healthcare sector. You’ll come with a solid knowledge of industry trends and familiarity with the market. You will also be well versed in managing and working in small, integrated communications functions.

Our client is on a growth trajectory, so you will also be comfortable working in fast pace environments. You will be a strong influencer with the ability to inspire and lead change, while remaining calm under pressure.
