Are you ready to lead a global transformation at the intersection of marketing and technology? A premier financial services institution is currently undergoing a significant evolution of its enterprise ecosystem to support ambitious expansion across Europe. As the organisation moves toward a unified, high-performance digital model, it is investing in the leadership required to build a sophisticated, digitally led engine that powers the next phase of its commercial growth.

This is a high-impact opportunity to join the firm as an function leader and enterprise platform owner. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s martech strategy, leading a team of product managers and engineers to deliver a governed, performant platform that grants the marketing function the speed and accountability required for modern customer engagement. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Technology, Risk, and Data Privacy, you will own the foundational layer that supports multi-market transformation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive target-state architecture that encompasses CDP identity resolution, audience profiling, and next-best-action orchestration.
  • Designing and delivering a unified martech stack by migrating two existing legacy stacks into a single, modular reference architecture within a 12–24 month roadmap.
  • Leading a team of internal resources and external consultants, setting outcome-based milestones and managing vendor SLAs to ensure all deployments align with enterprise standards.
  • Embedding a governance-first approach by implementing rigorous privacy controls, consent signaling, and financial promotion rules across all targeting.
  • Overseeing the evolution of digital platforms and workflow orchestration, ensuring the seamless integration of internal data contracts and external ad tech via privacy-preserving clean rooms.
  • Leveraging advanced decisioning and personalization to blend automated model outputs with human-led overrides, ensuring transparency and measurable lift across priority journeys.
  • Managing the enterprise platform budget and overseeing CAPEX/OPEX governance to ensure the transformation program remains funded and achieves reduced run costs.

For this position, it is essential you have significant experience leading enterprise martech initiatives and transforming multi-platform estates within a regulated context.
