We are delighted to be partnering with one of the most exciting US law firms in the London market today, in search of a newly created Business Development Manager to lead on their EMEA Dispute Resolution specialist practice group – a highly regarded group. This hire comes in a time of new leadership and a genuine vision to create an integrated global business development function between the US and UK / EMEA.

This is a fantastic role for an established Manager that is passionate about Litigation and adjacent practice groups, and work both autonomously and in a team.

Reporting into the newly appointed EMEA Business Development Director, responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing key business development strategies that will be aligned to the firm’s goals of international growth.
  • Being the main point of contact for partners within the region, collaborating on aligning practice strategies to support with the P&L management.
  • Leading on practice and regional specific marketing content, campaign and events to ensure enhanced engagement with priority clients and growing the firm’s global reputation.

  • Has a strong senior marketing and business development background within an international law firm environment, and with experience in Dispute Resolution or other adjacent practice groups.

  • Highly collaborative with various stakeholder including partners and international business development team members.
