tml Partners are delighted to be working with a leading wealth manager who are on the lookout for a Digital Acquisition Lead to join their growing marketing team. With ambitious growth targets and a strong focus on scaling their client base, the business is making significant investment in digital channels to drive client acquisition and increase Funds Under Management (FUM).
This is a key hire for the organisation and this role will be responsible for leading all digital acquisition activity, with a focus on paid media and performance marketing strategies to attract high-value clients. We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on leader who can build, optimise and scale acquisition channels, while growing and developing a high-performing team.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead, develop and own all digital acquisition strategies to drive new client growth and increase FUM
- Own and optimise paid media channels (including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Affiliates), with full accountability for performance and ROI
- Develop data-led acquisition plans, leveraging customer insights and analytics to continuously improve targeting and conversion
- Build, manage and grow a high-performing digital acquisition team
- Collaborate closely with product, data, brand and martech teams to enhance acquisition journeys and improve funnel performance
- Establish robust measurement frameworks, attribution models and reporting to track success and inform decision-making
- Identify and test new channels, tools and strategies to scale acquisition efficiently
The successful candidate will have a strong performance marketing background within financial services or wealth management, with a proven track record of driving client growth and increasing FUM through digital channels. They will bring a highly analytical mindset, strong leadership experience, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the business.
This role is based in London and will require 5 days a week in the office.
