We are seeking a forward-thinking and results-driven Senior Demand Gen Marketing Lead to join their team and help propel their remarkable growth journey. If you are passionate about setting new standards for exceptional marketing campaigns, this could be your dream role.

In this brand-new position, you’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with our Chief Revenue Officer. Your mission? To drive innovative campaign strategies that supercharge our top-line performance and contribute to our vision of connecting the working world with inspiring talent solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven hands-on experience in demand generation, with a track record of delivering measurable impact.
  • A knack for discussing your achievements and results with confidence.
  • B2B marketing expertise within the tech, professional services, or talent space.
  • Effective collaboration skills, especially with sales teams and senior leaders.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • A genuine desire to become an expert in technology markets, including areas such as cyber security, data and analytics, software development/engineering, and eCommerce.
  • The drive to build, shape, and take ownership of our demand generation function.
  • A strong grasp of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles and approaches.
