About the Role
This pivotal role sits within the Communications and Corporate Affairs department in London, reporting to the Director of Corporate Relations. It is an exciting time to join as the firm is undergoing a pivotal transformation. The successful candidate will lead the strategic development and day-to-day management of the firm’s digital platforms and content. This role will lead a team and be a subject matter expert and part of the extended leadership team , collaborating across regions and functions to ensure content delivery aligns with the firm’s broader strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
The Lead will oversee the planning, production, and dissemination of content—including multimedia assets like videos and podcasts—across all communication channels (intranet, web pages, social media, etc.) for both internal and external audiences. They are responsible for managing core platforms, driving operational efficiency through best practices, and using data-driven analytics and reporting to inform strategy, improve effectiveness, and champion accessibility and content governance.
Key Requirements
- Considerable experience in digital content management, editorial leadership, and channel communications, in a complex, international environment.
- Expertise in managing digital platforms (like CMS, intranets, or newsletters) and using cutting-edge tools to deliver results.
- Solid experience using data analytics and reporting tools to evaluate and improve communications effectiveness.
- Proven ability to manage operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement in content delivery.
- Excellent written and editorial skills, with an eye for detail and audience engagement, coupled with strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
