This is a strategic opportunity for a highly motivated professional to join the firm as a Business Development Manager supporting a high-performing Strategic Transactions platform, with a primary focus on M&A and Capital Markets. Serving as a trusted advisor to practice and specialty leaders, you will translate strategic priorities into actionable client and market plans that deepen relationships and drive new revenue in an international, fast-paced environment. The responsibilities include developing integrated marketing initiatives to increase practice visibility, building target-client plans, and managing budgets alongside cross-functional initiatives to grow firm relationships. You will lead the end-to-end pitch and proposal lifecycle for major pursuits, including strategy development and pricing narratives, while establishing internal reporting frameworks to track progress. Additionally, this role involves leveraging market intelligence to identify opportunities in sectors such as Real Estate and Infrastructure and collaborating with global business services teams on profile-raising campaigns and conference strategies.
