Prior to joining tml Partners, Imsal worked as a Marketing Executive, developing hands-on experience across marketing strategy, brand and digital activity. This background provides her with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing modern marketing teams. Imsal holds a degree in Business Management with Human Resources, reflecting her interest in both business strategy and the people who drive organizational success.

Outside of work, Imsal enjoys playing netball, cooking and experimenting with new recipes, and has a love for musical theatre. She also enjoys discovering new restaurants, travelling and spending time with friends and family.
